Cristina Terra da Motta, 53, and Messe Frankfurt’s representative in Portugal since 1998, is the daughter of a German mother and a Portuguese father. Studying Engineering was the initial idea, when she was a student at German School, but her passion for Humanities spoke louder, and she ended up graduating in Literature from Universidade Clássica de Lisboa. After that, she was a high school teacher and worked at Sintra Museu de Arte Moderna. She has two children, both dedicated to the Arts, and a Siamese cat.
