Riscas Sucessivas will be present at the next edition of MODTISSIMO to exhibit a new collection of pieces from its brand Mauttê, a sustainable women’s clothing brand that aims to offer solutions that suit both casual and formal.
The clothing company – specialized in fabrics, with a strong production capacity and vertical service – is currently working and developing Mauttê. MODTISSIMO was the tradeshow chosen to exhibit the first models in a brand that will prefer digital channels, but it is also interested in exhibitions.
As Ana Machado, Riscas Sucessivas CEO, states “we intend to start a strategy of growth and diversification of markets and, therefore, our presence at MODTISSIMO makes perfect sense”. Since MODTISSIMO is the oldest textile salon on the Peninsula Iberian and the only one in Portugal dedicated to the textile and clothing industry, it is a space for reflection for the sector that promotes innovation and reinvention.
With an accentuated growth, the internationalization process to increase the job offer and allow people to settle in Lousada is the next step. “Mauttê, by itself, will allow us to enter another type of customers and value-added products/services, as well as in new markets”, concludes the general director, João Freitas.
Concerning MODTISSIMO, it is now possible for foreign and national buyers to guarantee their place to visit the next edition, which will celebrate the 60th edition on the 6th and 7th of September at Exponor, in Matosinhos.
As in the previous edition, around 500 international buyers and more than 3000 national ones are expected. Access is quite simple and will be, for the first time, done exclusively online through the following form. Registration is reserved for professionals and free of charge.
