The compression sock with therapy and rehabilitation features through electrostimulation was the winner of the NOS Innovation Award in the Small and Medium Enterprises category. The awards ceremony took place at the Teatro Tália, in Lisbon, where the Barcelos’ textile company was represented by Vânia Fontes and Nuno Mota Soares.
The innovative sock is mainly directed at athletes, especially when recovering from lesions, and was used by players of various national teams during Russia’s World Cup.
