A new line of reusable social masks promises to bring smiles to children’s faces, albeit covered, thanks to their amusing animal related design. With the return to normality in mind, Zippy has just launched a new collection of protective equipment for the whole family.
The Portuguese children’s fashion brand new line of products includes certified and reusable masks for children between ages two to 13, as well as two mask models for adults and a hat cover made from TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), suitable for the hats and caps of the younger crowd.
According to Zippy’s press release, these masks “have undergone an antimicrobial treatment that shields children from viruses, fungi and bacteria”. However, this does not replace the usual protective measures of social distancing and regularly washing your hands. Featuring a breathable, washable and seamless fabric, the brand states that these masks are “certified level three by CITEVE (following the EN 14683:2019 standard) and are proudly made in Portugal”.
