The 9th edition of the Fashion Film Festival (FFF) is already running, and the organization is opening submissions to one of the most successful initiatives in fashion promotion. The modalities open this year are the following: Author Independent Fashion Movies, Brand Movies, Technical Textile Movies, International Movies, Alive Mobile Movies, and Home Textile Movies.
Over their other editions, the Fashion Film assumed a privileged position as a way to diffuse fashion and creative work in the textile industry. Initially, the approach had a more experimental-search character. But, now, they take on script and production care that transform them not only into privileged vehicles of communication but also into art objects.
This is the fourth year in the row that Guimarães and Selectiva Moda are together to reward fashion, creativity, design, and multimedia production. It is certain that this initiative attracts young people to fashion and textile, as well as the sector to contact different audiences.
