AllCost had launched a new collection just in time for summer. ‘Beach & Pool’ is made up of towels, tote bags and hammans made from recycled raw materials, specifically 42% recover cotton and 55% polyester recycled from post-consumer PET plastic bottles. The northern beaches of Mindelo, Apúlia and Leça da Palmeira were the inspiration for the launch.
“The beach range has been a success, we had a lot of requests at Market Week,” Ângela Cadeia told T Jornal. “We focused on creating a collection around the beach, with beach bags, necessaires, cushions…”, the export sales director added.
The towels are the star product and come in different patterns ranging from stripes to squares and wave patterns. There are double-sided towel options made with a finishing technique that gives a velvet effect on one side and the traditional terry on the other. The company also highlights the fact that the items are GRS certified and that Recover Cotton is one of the lowest impact recycled fibers currently available on the market.
