Today, the DTX group is presenting its new brand, XFabrics, at Première Vision Paris. XFabrics is an integrated platform for the development and supply of knits, fabrics, and finished pieces, designed to simplify the connection between brands, designers, and production units, with a strong focus on traceability, efficiency, and design.
“The future of textiles is built through collaboration, innovation, technology, and a sustainable vision,” the company told T Jornal, adding that XFabrics aims to position itself as a turnkey solution, uniting technology, technical expertise, certification, and creativity.
At the fair, XFabrics is showcasing its SS27 collection, with linen and lyocell at the core, alongside the Core Selection—a curated range of essential high-value fabrics and knits—and finished pieces, providing clients with a complete view of the company’s production capabilities.
The stand experience has been designed to stand out. Visitors can create an account and select items of interest; RFID technology automatically records these selections, and at the end of the visit, clients receive a personalized email with a full list of references, images, access to pricing, shipment status, and the option to purchase directly via XFabrics’ proprietary platform.
Among the developments on display are DriRelease knits, combining natural and synthetic fibers for efficient moisture management; a knit with Nanea fiber, a biodegradable polyester alternative with hydrophilic properties; and a polyamide 6.6 SENSIL knit made from post-consumer waste, noted for its mechanical strength and durability.
XFabrics also presents a 100% Portuguese wool knit, offering full value-chain control and emphasizing local sourcing. The company highlights its partnership with Lenzing through the Redefining Winter project, using 1.7 dTex yarns in lyocell and cotton blends that combine structure, comfort, and moisture-wicking performance.
Though a recent project, XFabrics is backed by a team with extensive experience in developing knits, fabrics, and finished garments, ensuring precision, rigor, and total alignment with client needs—qualities already recognized in Portuguese manufacturing.
