NGS Malhas continues to focus on wool and is showcasing a range of rich and sustainable compositions at this edition of Première Vision Paris. A prime example is the 100% wool knits, noted for their exceptional touch and durability.
The pieces selected for the fair’s forums reinforce the company’s commitment to luxury combined with environmental responsibility. Sara Pinto, commercial director, highlighted four knits in particular to T Jornal: one 100% silk, one 100% wool, and two blends of organic cotton and silk.
Regarding the fair’s performance, she notes that, despite moderate expectations, the event is lively. “We feel that clients visit us because of what we display at the stand or because they already know us – not just because Portugal is one of the selected Savoir-Faire Territories,” she explains. She does acknowledge, however, that her sector benefits from a strong concentration of “Made in Portugal” companies.
NGS Malhas’ next participation will be at Performance Days in Munich on March 18-19. Looking ahead to 2026, Sara Pinto anticipates continued market instability but believes that clients will continue to value quality and stay loyal to certified companies, as is the case with NGS Malhas. The company plans to continue focusing on its established markets.
