Trotinete, the Portuguese uniform company, has extended its segment of activity beyond schools, hotels and the health sector, and is now also responding to sport with the Trotinete Basics brand.

“Trotinete Basics is a new brand that strives for excellence and a passion for performance, focussed on the production of sporting goods. Our collection makes a difference thanks to the quality of raw materials and the customisation of models, in line with small production runs and fast deliveries,” it reads on its website.

In an interview with AICEP, founder Matilde Vasconcelos described the growth of the company, which at the end of 2023 had a turnover of 4.5 million euros, an increase of 15 per cent compared to 2022.

The expansion plan includes entering the Middle East market, specifically the United Arab Emirates. In addition to its existing presence in Spain, France and Italy.

The client portfolio includes well-known and recognised brands such as the Hilton, Accor, Ibis and Mercure hotel chains, Intermarché supermarkets, and large companies such as Intercontinental, Cerealis and Delta Cafés.
