Première Vision continues to share trends for the spring-summer 2025 season. ‘Harmony Focus SS25: Clarity’ is one of the most recent publications that includes fabrics from Portuguese textile companies – which continue to demonstrate their ability to set the international agenda regarding proposals for an increasingly competitive market. They are TMG Textiles, Magma Têxtil and Somelos.
TMG Textiles is in the Solarized Fadings category, a selection of items in faded colors such as beige, yellow, lilac, and turquoise. Light tones blend with blurred subjects.
In Pastel Geometries are Magma Têxtil and Somelos, with fabrics in warm desaturated colors. In this group, geometric motifs such as circles and stripes stand out with a faded appearance.
According to the publication, this trend of bright and pastel colors is here to stay and was “driven by efforts to reduce the use of traditional dyes and subsequent replacement with vegetable dyes”.
Another publication focused on Tailoring – SS 25 Style Focus: Light Tailoring – also references the differentiating proposals from TMG Textiles, Têxteis Vilarinho, in the Neo rural category; and also the publication SS25 Style Focus: Bast Fibers highlights denim applied to sophisticated workwear of Troficolor.
