TEXTILES FROM PORTUGAL RETURN WITH A FULL SUITCASE FROM MAGIC LAS VEGAS

Bamburi, More Sourcing, Red House, Sancar Socks, Vale e Vilas, and Wonder Raw were the From Portugal companies that took part in another edition of Magic Las Vegas from the 7th to the 9th of August in the United States of America.

In the second participation, “the event not only met but exceeded our expectations”, said Luís Oliveira, CEO from WonderRaw. “The event provided us with a fantastic opportunity to connect with new potential clients, from designers looking to launch their own brand to brands already established in the market, significantly expanding our contact base”, added the CEO.

Moreover, WonderRaw obtained valuable information about the American market and its current trends and requirements, allowing us to improve our strategic approach. Therefore, the company has a positive balance and reaffirms the commitment to excellence and to exceed expectations: “Customers demonstrated a deep appreciation for our products and an unwavering recognition of the quality and value we consistently deliver. An example was obtaining the Hey Social Good verification (heysocialgood.com), attesting to the sustainable and socially responsible way we produce our articles”.

The textile agency More Sourcing made its debut “in a big way” in the universe of international fairs as “a point of contact that offers brands everything they need, clothing in circular knits, fabrics, denims, knitwear and accessories”, said Elizabete Correia.

Sancar Socks also returned satisfied from the fair, as it is a gateway to its expansion “in the North American market, namely the United States and Canada”, assumed Nuno Félix. The company presented itself as the ideal proximity partner, capable of offering short response times and excellent customer service.

The participation of Portuguese SMEs in Magic Las Vegas is an initiative of Selectiva Moda and ATP – Portuguese Textile and Clothing Association, which aims to promote the internationalization of Portuguese companies in the textile sector. This fair is in the From Portugal project, within the scope of the application submitted to the Portugal 2030 joint internationalization projects.
