Riscas Sucessivas launches Fashion Makers to handle small orders

At the beginning of this year, Riscas Sucessivas launched a new production line dedicated to developing and manufacturing small collections for fashion brands. This initiative gave rise to Fashion Makers, a service designed to support designers, independent creators, and retailers in bringing their ideas to life.

“Fashion Makers was born from the need to respond to a growing reality in the sector: producing in small quantities with technical support, proximity and flexibility, without compromising quality, creative identity or commercial viability,” the company said in a statement.

João Freitas, the company’s CFO, explained that the new line consists of a team of five highly experienced professionals, fully equipped to transform the ideas of younger creators into tangible products.

“We have always operated in a premium segment and will continue, in 2026, to focus on improving our margins,” he said, noting that 2025 was a year of challenges and repositioning in a market that no longer demands the high production volumes of the past.

With Fashion Makers, Riscas Sucessivas now offers the possibility of producing orders starting from just 30 pieces, providing support across all stages of the process. “Many creators have talent and vision, but face difficulties when it comes time to produce,” added Ana Machado, CEO, framing the service as the result of actively listening to industry needs.

“Fashion Makers allows testing markets and growing sustainably, without the pressure of traditional industrial minimums,” she concluded. The official launch of the service will take place in February at Momad Madrid, from 5 to 7 February. “We are giving special focus to the Iberian market,” João Freitas told T Jornal.
