Loubotins are known for their bright red soles, Burberry for the tartan pattern, and now Decenio will leave its mark with Mediterrano Green, a colour that will be part of all the Portuguese fashion brand’s collections. A bluish green – or greenish blue – that according to the brand is the fusion between the ocean blue and the green of the olive trees.
Through this new corporate colour – which debuted in the Spring-Summer 2021 collection – Decenio reinforces its proximity to the Mediterranean spirit, but also gives voice to new values. “A new colour that reveals a new attitude, where well-being and the sporty lifestyle are a source of energy, vitality and hope”, says the brand in a statement.
This “energetic, deep and sporty” green symbolizes Decenio’s commitment to a more versatile, relaxed and comfortable style, without forgetting elegance. After the presentation of its first loungewear collection, the brand of the textile group Cães de Pedra wants to break with formality. “The Decenio man continues to wear suits, but he replaces the shirt with a t-shirt, and uses the shirt as a coat. A more relaxed and clean look”, explains the statement.
In women’s clothing, the bet is also on a lighter look, a mix between classic and streetwear, coloured with white, soft blues and light green tones.
