‘Kairos’ gains visibility with feature in Première Vision Magazine

TMG Textiles’ Autumn-Winter 2027/28 Kairos collection is featured in the July edition of Première Vision Magazine, which previews the concept developed by the Portuguese company for the new season.

Built around the idea of seizing the right moment, the collection draws on the Greek meaning of Kairos – the opportune moment to act – and translates this concept into a proposal that embraces contrasts and explores how they can complement rather than compete with one another.

Sustainability runs throughout the collection, not as an isolated attribute, but as a guiding principle behind its entire development.

“Kairos represents the precise moment when contrasts come into alignment: what is on trend with what is timeless. It is a collection built on connections – not only between styles, but also between materials, ideas and experiences,” describes Première Vision Magazine.

The publication highlights the interplay between different aesthetic languages and materials, pointing to combinations such as opaque and transparent, matte and glossy, minimalism and rusticity, colour and neutral tones, as well as the integration of natural raw materials with emerging fibres.

Following its presentation at TexPremium in London and Milano Unica in Milan, the collection is currently on display at Munich Fabric Start, which runs in Munich until today. Kairos’ international journey continues in September, with its return to Première Vision Paris, where it will be presented from 1 to 3 September.

At a time when Portuguese collections are gaining greater visibility at leading international events, TMG Textiles’ feature in Première Vision Magazine highlights the ability of Portugal’s textile industry to shape trends and respond to the demands of a market increasingly driven by innovation and sustainability.
