IDEPA TAKES REASONS TO FIND NEW CUSTOMERS TO MODTISSIMO

Ribbons and elastics with silicone application will be the big news on the Idepa stand that will be present at MODTISSIMO 60+2 on the 13th and 14th of September at Exponor. The articles result from the recent acquisition of a silicone application machine, explains Nuno Almeida, the commercial director – an investment that enhances the opening of Idepa to new customers.

“We always have high expectations for the fairs, and this time is no different. We hope to find clients who fit in with the strategy and philosophy of Idepa, but we are also looking forward to receiving our usual clients”, completes the person in charge.

As Nuno Almeida stated, participation has an institutional and corporate purpose, “We were always present because it is a national sector fair, and as we are an important player in this sector, we have to be”. However, the growing number of international buyers has increasingly motivated the presence: “We hope to reach them through our commercial work or in association with the confectioners”, explains Nuno Almeida.

However, the commercial manager expresses a concern: “In general, quantities are getting smaller and smaller, which is often not in line with our production strategy”. Even so, MODTISSIMO will always be the right landing place for the label and trimmings company, as it allows “in a reduced and concentrated space” to meet customers, suppliers, and players in the textile cluster.
