HOME TEXTILES IS AIDA HOME LIVING’S NEW BUSINESS FRONT

Responding to a gap observed in the market it targets, Aida Home Living decided to advance in the home textiles segment when it celebrates two years of existence, opening another front of the business. With production where local partners are a fundamental element – all suppliers are from the municipality of Guimarães – Aida Home Living assumes, on the other hand, strong sustainability concerns.

Inspired by the needs observed among its customers, Aida Home Living thus focuses on unique and exclusive articles for bedding production. Sheets and quilts are the products available in this new launch that expands the portfolio.

“The inspiration came from our customers who often asked if we also make bed linen because they like the quality of our tableware”, tells Inês Carneiro, co-founder and CEO of Aida Home Living to T Jornal, adding that the market increasingly asks for unique and exclusive pieces and, in this sense, “the bed linen range allows you to customize all items with names, initials, and monogram”.

Customers can also choose the embroidery color and the font, “making your bed unique”. The new range of products has sheets and quilts available, and “we did not start with the production of duvet covers, as they are more used in winter”, reveals the co-founder and CEO.

Divided into four collections in white, Bordal has a more classic style and is “in 200-thread-count percale and has an embroidered lace detail”. Flora offers a more relaxed look, “it is of linen/cotton with a tumbler, which makes it softer and has a sustainable technique”. Amélia, on the other hand, is a classic and timeless collection, “where the customer can choose the color he wants for the roll”. Finally, Aurora is a mimosa collection in which “the customer can choose the color of the mold, and it is also in 200TC percale”, explains Inês Carneiro.

With quality, comfort, and exclusivity characterizing Aida Home Living’s offer, the new range of products is now available on the website.
