The resistance, comfort and low environmental impact of hemp have led Tintex Textiles to choose this raw material as the star of its new collection. ‘HEMPower’ is made up of eight references with different colours and textures. Hemp is grown in Germany and produced by Felde Fibers.
‘Hemp stands out for its natural antibacterial properties and exceptional comfort. To maximize the performance and feel of the knits, Tintex has combined hemp with other responsible fibres such as TENCEL lyocell and organic cotton,’ they told T Jornal.
Four basic structures were chosen: jersey, piqué, terry and rib, to be used in everyday first layer clothing, loungewear and athleisure, which can be found in this lookbook. Here the company briefly presents each of the options, suggests applications and indicates which certificates can be applied, as well as highlighting its ‘Naturally Clean’ technology, a bio-polishing with enzymes.
