The labels and trimmings company Heliotextil now has PEFC Chain of Custody certification. A guarantee that it uses wood from sustainably managed forests. It is another step in the sustainability chain, which fulfills one of the company’s concerns.
The announcement was made via social media last Wednesday. It was said to be a reinforcement of its commitment to the environment. “Through the raw materials acquisition from wood collected from sustainably managed forests, we reinforce our environment commitment”.
The path to sustainability has been charted by the company on several fronts, with the current product offering reflecting this, with options, for example, of elastics made from recycled polyester and organic cotton ribbons. Heliotextil is also certified with the OEKO-TEX, GRS, GOTS, and RCS seal.
