Filasa presents collections made from waste yarns

Filasa was at Exponor during the MOD’Unica textile show, exhibiting its sustainable home textiles and clothing collections made with yarns from the waste of the LASA group companies, as well as new fibres and compositions.

‘We’re showcasing new developments made with sustainable, naturally-based fibres such as soya, orange, ginger and bamboo, as well as new yarns produced with the innovative Viscose Refibra and Tencel Lyocell fibres. It goes hand in hand with our ongoing search for ecological alternatives with a low environmental impact,’ they told T Jornal. Highlighting the Ecoloop collection, developed from the recycling of internal waste from its production.
