To reduce water consumption, Fafedry presents Skyfall, an innovative cold dyeing process that allows water savings of around 95% compared to traditional methods. It also uses natural dyes and is GOTS-certified.
“We are increasingly specialized in weathering processes in made-up pieces (…). Skyfall is a new dyeing and finishing process with a weathering effect, visually similar to the traditional fade-out, but which raises the sustainability standards we are all looking for ”, explains the company in a statement.
The cold dyeing method also has the advantage of reducing the use of gas during dyeing by 100% because it does not require hot water. The company also informs that this solution does not compromise the fastness of light, washing, and friction. “It has the same guarantee of quality and durability”.
