An ecologically responsible system, Eco Finish is part of the new portfolio of services Acatel has developed to redefine how it treats its fabrics. This system, which applies chemicals and dyes directly to the washing machine, creates new effects on fabrics, and a safe environment for employees.
Eco Finish’s secret is to spray droplets of water and product, resulting in a perfectly controlled mist effect for uniform diffusion throughout the material. In this sense, it maintains the drop of water with different loads in the same washing/dying machine, which allows a small amount of product to be dosed at a fixed time, maintaining constant nebulization quality.
This process turns conventional washing machines more environmentally friendly with its dual system. That is, with two washing/dyeing machines that work simultaneously, using different products and programs, which work independently, thus saving investment costs, which helps Acatel on its journey towards sustainable fashion.
Eco Finish is another of the several options that the Barcelos-based company’s new service portfolio has been developing to expand its sustainable and circular offer and, thus, move towards the current trend.
