Brandbias presents three technical and inclusive solutions at ISPO Munich

Brandbias showcased three new developments at ISPO Munich that combine technical performance, comfort and design. As CEO Gonçalo Serra told T Jornal, the brand presented a hoodie with an integrated balaclava, a waterproof poncho, and an apparel set adapted for people with reduced mobility.

The first proposal is a multifunctional technical hoodie, produced in premium softshell and highly elastic jersey, featuring an integrated balaclava, a smart watch opening on the sleeve, thumb holes and a large kangaroo pocket. “It was designed for adverse weather conditions and outdoor activities, combining protection, flexibility and a streetwear appeal,” he emphasizes.

The second innovation is a functional poncho, developed with an outer knit fabric with a waterproof membrane and an inner layer of soft, quick-drying microfiber. “Lightweight, compact and thermally comfortable, it includes magnetic side openings, a protective hood and a waterproof pocket—ideal for surfers, explorers and outdoor enthusiasts exposed to rapid weather changes,” explains the CEO.

The third proposal is an apparel set adapted for reduced mobility, consisting of two pieces made with sustainable, antibacterial and hydrophobic fabrics. Thanks to magnetic and Velcro access points, friction-free padded areas, invisible protective fastenings and elastic structures that ensure comfort in a seated position, this solution removes barriers and promotes autonomy for people living with mobility limitations.

“Our main strengths lie in our ability to combine high-performance textile development with sustainability-driven innovation,” says Gonçalo Serra. “We focus on durable and functional fabrics,” he adds, also highlighting flexibility, customization and fast response times as essential pillars of Brandbias’s offering.
