6Dias Têxteis Focuses on Alternative Fibers and Innovative Finishes

6Dias Têxteis participated this week in Munich Fabric Start, where it showcased its 2026/27 collection, ‘Twilight Haze’. In the very first hours of the fair, the company’s stand welcomed visitors eager to explore the new collection. “Clients were excited to see what’s new,” emphasizes Isabel Cardoso, highlighting the event as an opportunity to attract new contacts and strengthen existing relationships.

“Trade fairs are a bridge to meet and win potential clients, allowing us to showcase our offerings,” she adds, assuring that the company will continue to pursue this strategy in the future.

The next stop will be Première Vision Paris on September 16, where the company’s sustainable fabrics and innovative finishes will once again be showcased.

Patrícia Dias stresses that 6Dias Têxteis’ strengths lie in quality and sustainability, supported by a portfolio with recognized certifications such as GOTS, Oeko-Tex, GRS, FSC, Greencell, SGS, and Seaqual.

Regarding innovations, she reveals that the company has been investing in state-of-the-art finishing techniques and fibers from new origins—but keeps an air of suspense: “To learn more, you really have to visit the stand.”

The company’s diversity of raw materials is another asset: in addition to cotton, viscose, linen, polyamides, silks, and Tencel, 6Dias Têxteis surprises with alternative fibers such as orange, nettle, milk, mushroom, and pineapple.

The variety extends to non-knitted fabrics—from satin to crepe, flannel, canvas, mousseline, poplin, and velvet—as well as exclusive prints and embroidery.

With over 2,000 clients and a network of 100 partners and suppliers ensuring production quality, the company sells more than 2 million meters of fabric annually, with Europe as its main export market.

Prepared to fulfill small-scale orders, 6Dias Têxteis increasingly focuses on flexibility and customization.

In a sector pressured by bureaucracy, regulatory costs, low productivity, and unfair competition from low-cost online platforms, the company responds with a clear formula: innovation, sustainability, and customer service.
