Olmac received the award for best fashion film on Technical Textiles of this year’s edition of the Fashion Film Festival with the film “URB”, while Vilanova Acessories took the prize in the Brand Fashion Films category with the film “The Breeze”.
With a record number of films at contest, a total of 165, the FFF gathered at the ASA Factory, in Guimarães, more than two hundred people for the award ceremony of the event’s sixth edition.
Orlando Miranda, Olmac’s CEO, got up on stage to receive the award, taking the moment to congratulate the festival’s organization and thank “all the commitment and dedication” from the Olmac’s workers.
The ceremony was hosted by the actor Jorge Corrula, and awarded a total of 12 national and international films, with special reference to the bestowed films of Portuguese brands Piupiuchick, Parfois and Vilanova Acessories, of the Tifosi group.
Manuel Serrão, director of the FFF, reminded everyone that “through a fashion film, brands can reach, with a smaller budget, a much higher visibility around the world”.
