José Neves nominated for the British Fashion Awards

Farfetch founder and CEO, José Neves, is nominated, for the third consecutive year, for the British fashion awards, in the category of Business Leader. The remaining contenders are Alexandre Arnaut (Rimowa), Marco Bizzarri (Gucci), Marco Gobbetti (Burberry) and Remo Ruffini (Moncler).

The announcement was made by Stephanie Phair and Caroline Rush, respectively president and executive director of the BFC (British Fashion Council), entity that has described the Portuguese businessman as someone with a natural aptitude to cultivate both talent and commercial growth – a creative liberty alongside financial stability, which in turn generates innovation and enthusiasm inside and outside the industry.

The nominations came as a result of a vote between 2.500 professionals of the fashion industry in 32 countries. The winners will be announced December 2nd, at the Royal Albert Hall, in London.
