JF ALMEIDA CREATES DYEING FROM TEA LEAVES

Têxteis JF Almeida has just presented the Infusion dyeing process, made from waste tea leaves and certified by SGS, which can be used on cotton fibres and cotton mixtures. The quality of the final product and the reduced environmental impact are the key points of this new process.

“Working with increasingly demanding markets in terms of sustainable materials”, says JF Almeida in a statement, stimulates the company to be at the forefront of innovation by developing new production practices that combine business rationale with less environmental impact. The new process was fully developed by JF Almeida, and is the result of the company’s strong commitment to innovation and sustainability.

And if, from the sustainable point of view, the process is a big step forward for the industry, the business rationale side could not be more in tune with the new consumer trends: clients prioritize products that are conscious about the planet’s natural resources.

“JF Almeida invests in creativity and innovation, seeking to renew its ways sustainably”, highlights the company.
