HOW MORETEXTILE IS TURNING AROUND THE VIRUS STANDSTILL

Invested on the Join the Loop strategy, MoreTextile is also going around the standstill created by the recently declared pandemic. With the New York Market Week cancelled, the Portuguese textile group has now challenged its customers for a virtual presentation of their Collection SS 2021. Obstacles are made to overcome.

“Schedule a video call and gain virtual access to our new collection with ‘zoom application’”, is the challenge that the home textile group, led by Artur Soutinho, has made to its agents, potential customers and visitors that are no longer able to reach them at the New York Market Week, formerly scheduled between March 23rd and 26th.

Instead of the space they would have in the North American metropolis, their solution was to assemble in the company’s showroom what they would present in New York. Sales representatives and the group’s technicians accompany the client’s visit by video, explaining the details and clearing all doubts. The system even enables customers to zoom-in on any aspect or specific area that they may want to analyse in further detail.

In their mailing service that has been shared with agents, customers and potential visitors, MoreTextile has made available the form that has to be filled in order to schedule the video-tour.
